About Kathleen Rossi 

Kathleen went out on a limb at the age 19 to start an equine business that would find a way to educate people and horses – and guide them both toward transformative results.

She had the opportunity to study with professionals in some really unique fields over the years: Natural Horsemanship experts, innovators in Equine Science, and leaders in Personal Development.

As a published writer and poet, colt-starter, and barrel horse trainer, she has had many chances to learn connection. She’s had the ability to connect through written freelance articles for equine education, published horse focused books, taught students horsemanship from 10 different countries, and countless kinds of horses.

But with the path to the pursuit of happiness – it always comes pain and sometimes, heart break. Along the way there were horses who had career ending injuries, shifts in adapting to life with a young family, humility in recovering from a severe and debilitating auto-immune disease, as well as overcoming the dangers of staying plain the same!

Kathleen’s cowgirl poetry and writing is rooted in truth with the grit of living the Western way of life.  Her horse training program focuses on foundational skills and essential health pillars which Segway seamlessly into developing a competitive barrel horse.

Along with books and blog posts, offers several online courses, in-person clinics and lessons.
